NPI Engineer Intern

Interned at Daikin Electronics Devices Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. as an NPI Engineer Trainee from late February to mid-June 2023. After orientation and safety training, I learned manufacturing methodologies like KAIZEN, 6S, KANBAN, and 4M, as well as skills like PFMEA, PQR, solderability report writing, PCB processes, and app development. Implementing this knowledge, one major project was developing a Flutter mobile app and Firebase web app to digitalize the solderability report process. The internship helped me gain skills in app development, time management, and communication. I assisted with product rework and was trained in using the KEYENCE microscope for inspections.
